We are participating in a trip round the world by train. In the train are either artists or philosophers, who have their compartments, where they can work. hence the compartments look like ateliers, equipped with easels, books and so on. The destination is Shanghai. There are many Japanese and Chinese participants. Our main task is to introduce our work to visitors during stops at the train stations.
The country is green and hilly, but also tropical.
The visitors for the most part are women, whereas in the train you are the only woman. this fact strikes us and in our discussions we refer to the disproportion men/women and proclaim an alteration.
