In fright, fear and fascination, there is amazement. Every day something can happen what we don't understand, that surprises us that astonishes and then interests us. Astonishment is an initial spark for wanting to understand something. If a person is astonished, then the question, which has accompanied that person since his childhood, arises: Why? It is precisely this curiosity that drives us to turn our attention to a new subject, attempting to grasp the unknown and yet frightening. Because, it is only through recognition beyond perception that the astonished person enters a productive field of tension - becomes a categorizing scientist, a wondrous collector and at the same time a questioning philosopher.
